Cara completed her Bachelor of Science with Honours and Co-op at the University of Victoria in 2012, and her Masters in Rehabilitation Science through the University of British Columbia in 2018. Cara has focussed on building her practice in clinical Kinesiology and active rehabilitation. She is experienced in building programs tailored to the individuals health and fitness goals. She works with a variety of patients: Pre-and post-operative, recovery following traumatic injuries from workplace or vehicle incidents, and managing chronic conditions such as fibromyalgia, arthritis, MS, or chronic pain. Heidi was born in South Africa and moved to Canada at the age of 10, spending the majority of her childhood in small towns around Northern BC and Vancouver Island. She completed all of her post-graduate schooling, including her Master’s in Physiotherapy, at Queen’s University in Kingston, ON and has been working in Victoria since 2017
Heidi has extensive experience treating all sorts of different injuries and conditions (from neck, shoulders, arms, low back, hips, knees & ankles…) and along the way has developed an interest in women’s pelvic health. With an appreciation for staying active and optimizing health, Heidi has completed post-graduate training focused around pregnancy and postpartum care, incontinence, prolapse, pelvic pain (including low back, hip, and sacro-iliac joint pain), vestibulodynia (vaginal pain), dyspareunia (painful intercourse), and coccydynia (tailbone pain).

Nick graduated with a Bachelor of Science in Pharmacology in 2003. After school, he raced as an elite cyclist on teams in the USA, Canada, Belgium and France.
He then attended McMaster for his Physiotherapy training, graduating in 2014. After graduation he worked in Hamilton for 2 years prior to moving to the Victoria area in 2016.

Amanda has been a practicing RMT since November 2018. She devoted her practice to infant/child (paediatrics - birth to 18 years old) and pregnancy/post-partum (perinatal) massage in December 2020. With the closure of Mothering Touch Centre coming at the beginning of 2021, Amanda has decided to move her practice back to Esquimalt, where she lives with her husband and two children.
Amanda is from Fredericton, New Brunswick and holds a Bachelor of Science from UNB. Additionally, Amanda served in the Royal Canadian Navy for almost 9 years as an officer. She graduated from West Coast College of Massage Therapy in August 2018.
